Creating Memories

The time has now come. We have less than a week left in Utah. The reality has it me and it's emotionally difficult to accept it.

To be honest, moving to Dallas seems exciting! Dallas is the fourth biggest city in the U.S., and I've always wanted to live in the "city." My cardiologist confirmed that Texas will be great for my messed-up heart. And, (most importantly) hubby is excited to go back to school. I, as well, am excited to discover what is out there for me. Since we are moving soon, I use this excuse and beg my friends to spend time with me. For the past few months, both sides have made numerous trips between Murray and Provo. Fourth of July weekend was no different. However, this time, it was emotionally challenging for me to think of having to tear myself away from my dear amigos. (Isn't my Espanol getting better? heehee).

Since we have only a few days left,  I was  determined to spend every second creating memories with my dear friends. Our four day weekend included potlucks, stadium of fire, and a trip down to St.George.
Red, white, blue and friends.
I fell in love with Kelly Clarkson.
Sand Hallow in Hurricane, UT
Queen of the world. (Yep, that's me)
A good looking couple. If I do say so myself.

If you ever visit St.George, Bear Paw Cafe on Main Street is a must.
Their french toast is amazing!! Mmm
Our campsite.
It's a good thing we brought men that went to boy scouts.
Thanks, David and Ezra.
The gals. We know we're good looking.

With friends. Check out hubby's hair.
Emily.. reads ?

Hope everyone had a good 4th of July weekend!!
Although I know the move to Dallas is taking a step towards bigger and better things, finding friends like the true gems I have now will be impossible.
